VIAVILAB License

VIAVILAB provides ready-to-use digital products, including website templates, Laravel scripts, PHP scripts, mobile applications, UI templates, source codes, and other digital products.

Each product purchased from VIAVILAB is licensed to the purchaser under the terms described below. The license applies to the specific product purchased and does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original source code to the purchaser.

Product Licenses

VIAVILAB products are generally available under two license types:

What Is an "End Product"?

An End Product is the final website, application, software, or digital service that you create using a VIAVILAB product.

Examples include:

• A Laravel script customized and launched as your own website.
• An Android application customized and published under your brand.
• An iOS application customized and distributed under your brand.
• A Flutter application customized for a specific business.

The purchased VIAVILAB product is the development source, while your customized website, application, or service is the End Product.

What You Can Do

• ✓Download and use the purchased product.
• ✓Modify and customize the source code.
• ✓Change the logo, name, colors, layout, content, and branding.
• ✓Integrate the product with your own APIs, services, databases, payment gateways, advertising systems, and third-party services.
• ✓Deploy the customized product on your own server or hosting environment.
• ✓Publish a customized mobile application under your own brand.
• ✓Use the product to develop an End Product for yourself or your client, subject to the license purchased.

What You Cannot Do

• ✕Resell the original VIAVILAB source code as a standalone product.
• ✕Give, distribute, or transfer the source code to another person for independent use.
• ✕Upload the original product to another marketplace, repository, website, or file-sharing service.
• ✕Sell or distribute the product as a template, script, source-code package, or downloadable product.
• ✕Create multiple unrelated End Products using a single license.
• ✕Claim ownership or copyright of the original VIAVILAB source code.
• ✕Remove or alter license information in a way that falsely represents ownership of the original product.
• ✕Use the product in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Client & Freelance Projects

Developers, freelancers, agencies, and development companies may purchase VIAVILAB products to create an End Product for a client.

However, the license applies to the End Product, not to unlimited client projects.

For example, if a developer purchases a VIAVILAB Laravel script and uses it to create a website for Client A, the same license cannot automatically be reused to create a separate website for Client B.

A separate license may be required for each separate End Product.

Source Code Ownership

Purchasing a VIAVILAB product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original source code.

VIAVILAB and/or its respective licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the original product.

You receive a license to use and modify the product, subject to the applicable license terms.

Your original content, branding, data, images, text, and other materials that you add to the End Product remain yours, subject to any third-party rights.

Third-Party Services & Components

Some VIAVILAB products may integrate with or depend on third-party services, APIs, libraries, SDKs, fonts, images, payment gateways, advertising networks, hosting providers, or other third-party technologies.

Such third-party components may be subject to their own licenses, terms, fees, and usage restrictions.

The purchaser is responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party services.

Examples may include:

• Payment gateways
• Google services
• Firebase
• Advertising networks
• Maps APIs
• Social media APIs
• Video hosting and CDN services
• Email services
• Fonts
• Stock images
• Third-party APIs and libraries

Updates & Support

Where updates or technical support are included with a particular VIAVILAB product, they are provided according to the terms specified on that product's purchase page.

Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility improvements, security improvements, and new features.

An update to a product does not automatically grant additional licenses for additional End Products.

License Transfer

A VIAVILAB license may not be transferred, resold, sublicensed, or assigned to another person or business without prior written permission from VIAVILAB.

If ownership of a business or End Product changes, please contact VIAVILAB to determine whether the license can be transferred.

License Violations

If a product is used outside the permitted license terms, VIAVILAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate the applicable license and take appropriate action to protect its intellectual property.

Upon termination, the purchaser must stop using and distributing the licensed product where required by the applicable license terms.

If you require a product to be customized, rebranded, integrated, or developed specifically for your business, VIAVILAB can provide custom development services.
